Skinny Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • ½ cup Skinny Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix butter and Skinny Sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving.

Sugar-Free Brownies

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup Skinny Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish.
  2. Mix melted butter, Skinny Sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour batter into dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Cool before cutting into squares.

Keto Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup Skinny Sugar
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray.
  2. Mix butter and Skinny Sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and almond milk.
  4. Pour into liners and bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool and frost as desired.

Zero-Sugar Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp Skinny Sugar
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup almond or oat milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Whisk matcha powder and Skinny Sugar with hot water until frothy.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour milk over it.
  3. Pour matcha mixture over the milk, stir, and enjoy!

Sugar-Free Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Skinny Sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan with butter. Pour small amounts of batter.
  3. Cook until bubbles form, then flip. Serve warm.

Skinny Sugar BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Skinny Sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir occasionally and adjust seasoning.
  3. Cool and store in a jar.
